Georgia Southwestern Cat 5 Baseball Showcase
We are just under a month away from our second Georgia Southwestern Cat 5 Baseball Showcase scheduled for Sunday, December 8. Our camps include testing, evaluation and instruction. Each player will test several agilities as well as skills on the field.
At the beginning of each fall, our players go through the same process during their first couple of weeks on campus. This gives us a baseline number and we work to improve these numbers throughout the year! We retest a minimum of two times throughout the year.
At the conclusion of the Cat 5 Camp, we are able to compare numbers of players attending camp to players that have played in our program. This is valuable in recruiting and the development of athletes within our program.
