Wood Bats or Aluminum are approved to use.
Molded Cleats or Flats (No Spikes)
Pitchers:
Footwear: Flats preferred. (Possible Molds. No Spikes)
Be on time and ready to throw!

8:20-8:30 Catchers Run 60
8:40-10:00 Bullpens (Pitchers/ Catchers)
Everyone Else: 60’s + Warm Up in Cages/ Ball Exit
10:00-10:50 Defensive Workout
11:00-12:30 Offensive Evaluation/ Recruiting Q&A
Afternoon Session:
12:45-1:00 Pitchers and Catchers Check In
1:15-1:30 Everyone else Check In
1:20-1:30 Catchers Run 60
1:40-3:10 Bullpens (Pitchers/ Catchers)
