Miracle League: Meet Chyann Hoyle
Chyann Hoyle is the 25-year old daughter of Coach Stephen Hoyle of Portal and Southeast Bulloch High School baseball and softball, and Rosanna Hoyle, owner of Southern Dance Academy.
Growing up, the importance of athletics was very evident in our community, and the way it brought people together to encourage, support and uplift one another was truly special, even away from the ball field. At the age of two, my sister and I were both diagnosed with a genetic disease called cystic fibrosis, and I wouldn't be the person I am today without the love and support of my community coming together to help our family.
The Miracle League is an amazing opportunity to support and celebrate athletes with disabilities by building a community for them across the state and allowing them to shine. I have the honor of representing those living with disabilities as Miss Emanuel County at the Miss Georgia competition June 11-14, 2025 in Columbus. Promoting my community service initiative, Keep H.O.L.D-ing On: Helping Others Living with Disabilities, I will advocate for programs like the Miracle League that provide those with disabilities the same community support that was given me, educate others on how to best support those who are affected and remind everyone that anything is possible when we offer each other a helping hand.
