2025 Senior All-State Games Information
Georgia Dugout Club All-State Tournament:
Congratulations on your selection to the 2025 All Star All State Team. We have selected the top players from four regions of our state. Coaches and scouts from across the state have selected you as a premier player in your area. You should be very proud of this accomplishment!
To make this weekend a tremendous experience for everyone, we have put together an itinerary for everyone involved. If you have additional questions, please refer them to your area coaches or coordinators.
All players will pay a participation fee of $250 for the tournament. Please make checks payable to the Georgia Dugout Club and bring to Mercer University Baseball Complex on Saturday May 31st . The fee will cover all state medallions, player packages, player recognition, and the operating cost of the games. Payment and waiver must be submitted on the day of the All-State event at Mercer to participate. No mail in payments.
All games will be played at Mercer University in Macon on May 31, 2025

Fans are not permitted on the playing field or upstairs in the press box/suite area.

Hotel information –
Players are responsible for making their own travel accommodations for the tournament. We encourage parents to be present for the games and any down time that may accompany the tournament.
All Northwest and Southeast players should report to Mercer University at 7:30am Saturday. All coaches and coordinators will be present to organize plans and present player packages.
All Northeast and Southwest players should report to Mercer University at 10:00am Saturday. All coaches and coordinators will be present to organize plans and present player packages.

Presentation of Awards – Northwest and Southeast 8:30 – Players and Coaches will lineup along their respective foul lines.
Game 1– Northwest vs. Southeast – 8:45
Presentation of Awards – Northeast and Southwest 11:15 - Players and Coaches will lineup along their respective foul lines.
Game 2- Northeast vs. Southwest– 11:30
Miracle League of Macon Recognition
Game 3 – Northeast vs Northwest – 2:00
Game 4 – Southwest vs Southeast – 4:30
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
In consideration of Georgia Dugout Club allowing me (and my child) to participate in the Tournament from 5/30/25 through 6/01/25, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I hereby agree as follows:
1. I waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against the Georgia Dugout Club and their members, directors, officers, agents, employees, assigns, independent contractors, representatives and successors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releases”) and to release the Releases’, both individually and collectively from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I or my next of kin may suffer as a result of my participation in this Tournament sponsored and coordinated by the Georgia Dugout Club;
2. I hold harmless and indemnify the Releases from any and all liability as to any claims for contribution or indemnification asserted by a third party resulting from my participation in the Tournament. Specifically, but without limitation, should I sue a third party, and should such a third party bring a Third-Party Complaint against the Georgia Dugout Club or other Releases’, then I will hold harmless and indemnify the Releases’ in defending such third-party actions.
3. This agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives in the event of my death or incapacity; and
4. This agreement and any and all rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
In entering this agreement, I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by the Releases with respect to the Tournament, other than what is set forth in this agreement.
I confirm that I have read and understand this agreement prior to signing it, and I am aware that my signing this agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives may have against Releases’.
The undersigned Parent or Guardian of the Tournament player accepts and approves this Release on behalf of both the Parent Guardian and the undersigned Tournament player/participant.
