Spruce Pine, NC athletic programs need your help

Many areas in the Southeastern United States were devastated by Hurricane Helene. Some high schools, middle schools and recreation programs lost everything in the devastation.

The Georgia Dugout Club is needing your help.

Many organizations and schools, including the Georgia Dugout Club Southeast and Southwest Georgia programs as well as the Golden Gators Forever, Ware County alumni and the Savannah Bananas have also pitched in to help. Several college alumni from Georgia Tech, Auburn, Tennessee Tech, Georgia College, Georgia Southwestern and South Georgia College have also helped.

Several colleges have donated equipment such as baseballs, football, wrestling apparel, T-shirts, camo, guns, ammo, jackets, buddies and bats for Christmas.
